Subscriber irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to indemnify Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) and/or their assigns and to hold Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) and/or their assigns harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) and/or their assigns may sustain or to which Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) and/or their assigns may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.
I understand that the Therapy Newsletter system can be used for one location and comes with an ’email exclusive’ license. The use of a single Therapy Newsletter account for more than one location is not permitted and may require the purchase of additional ’email exclusive’ licenses or necessitate account termination at the discretion of the Therapy Newsletter management.
Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) will not rent, sell, access or in any way use customer database information. This information will be kept strictly confidential in the highest manner possible.
Due to the nature of the technologies and Internet stability, Therapy Newsletter (Total Activation LLC) and/or their assigns provides, service interruptions may occur. No full, partial, or prorate refunds will be made as adjustment for any such service interruption. We agree to provide you (the client), directly or through our subcontractors and affiliates, with our e-commerce services.

We strictly prohibit any involvement in UCE campaigns, commonly known as SPAM. As such, by submitting to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service, you are also bound to the policies contained in our Anti-Spam Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim resulting from your use of this service which damages any person.
This agreement is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. If you do assign your rights, as would be the case were someone other than you to use your account, you shall remain liable to us for any fees due under this agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. Use of our servers by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. If an organization is the subscriber, the individual signing up for our services represents that he or she is duly authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of that organization. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to the Community Dispute Resolution Service or any recognized Arbitration Board located within our state and county, before instituting litigation.
Anyone subscribing to an annual or bi-annual package will have their credit cards charged the full amount for the service when they sign up.
Any client subscribing to our services on a monthly basis will have their credit card charged the full monthly amount for the service in advance. If any special offers are available (for example, $1 trial for the first 30 days for new customers), the regular monthly price is applicable after the trial, as are these terms of cancellations and refunds.
For monthly customers, you may cancel your subscription anytime and you will not be billed further. No credits or refunds are available for unused services.
Your Therapy Newsletter membership is auto-renewed for your convenience. If you cancel your membership before your renewal date, you will not be charged.
